Click here for the first round playoff pairings. All teams will be assigned a table where their boards and sets and clocks will remain for the whole tournament. As soon as your team arrives at Marquette, set up your equipment and get to your boards so we can start the varsity section right away.

The City Chess Tournament will be on Thursday March 3rd at the Marquette University Student Union Ballroom E on the 3rd level. We have reserved the room until 5pm so we will have it all day. More information to come later, but I wanted to let everyone know the day so transportation can be reserved and arrangements can be made for that day.

All coaches have approved their schedules and they should be ready to go. VERY IMPORTANT all Metro's games have been changed to Thursday and there has been a switch in a game or two so PLEASE recheck your schedule and make sure that everything is okay. I do still have time to change some minor details, if they a brought to my attention soon. I have posted the coaches list along with the locations of the schools as a link to the left. In addition, there is a link to a daily schedule which has a list of a games by date and not by school. I am still working on the location for the city tournament and hope to have it by the end of this week.

The schedules have been completed. I am sure they are not totally correct, so if there is some type of problem with spelling or a date or something like that just email me and I will fix it. If there is a mark after a date on your schedule, it is because the date is subject to change. I have just contacted the Tech coach and will confirm all of the dates with him soon. I have not received dates from the Metro coach and I have not had any correspondence with the South Milwaukee coach so further details to come there. Pulaski High School will not playing this year in the league so I had to change the schedule at the last minute so if you schedule is not as easy or as hard as you would like this may be the reason. A list of coaches and locations of the schools will be posted this weekend along with a couple of extra pages.
