"I came up with the beat, which I though was really cool at the time...I'm more of a punk-oriented drummer than guitarist, I think... And just turned up my guitar really loud and played those two chords and it was a lot of fun. We first performed 'Somebody to Love' c. Feb. '97." - Charles

"Pretend" - "I wrote 'Pretend' on the scrape line [of Pop's Club]..." - Charles

"Drum Solo" - "'Drum Solo' is 33-33-33% on the music." - Charles, on who wrote the song.

"Eating Crackers..." - Charles wrote 75% of the song, Dave 25%

"It Does Have a Title" - Charles wrote 90%, Dave 10%

Videos?

"The only two I've thought about are "Pretend" and that new one about forgiveness."
"I wanna have a video starting with aguy losing his job, losing his girlfriend, getting in his car and saying, "I wish someone would just sh;oot me."...and then his head is ripped off by 12-gauge shell..."
"I'd want the lighting to be a drab daylight. Not really scary or ominous. Just boring is the only way I can describe it. A typical parking lot, ya know. Right outside an office near a corporate park. Nothing scary at all, and then his head is blown plum the fuck off. My other video features lots of blood too..."
"some pathetic office worker. Perhaps a computer programmer? I don't know. Somebody in the band would shoot him and that's how the song would begin..."
