[Passive Aggressive]

Passive Aggressive is a Punk/Rock band formed in NYC in 1996, by then 17 year old Charles Balter (guitar, vocals), Andy Chang (bass, vocals), and Dave Hyman (drums). The band went through a few name changes; their first thought for a name was Greasy, Smelly, and Disgusting. This was given up in favor of Hot Pink Tuna Taxi Co. Eventually, they decided on Passive Aggressive; both Andy and Charles describe themselves as "passive aggressive." The band has many influences, including: the Ramones, Radiohead, Nirvana, Animals, Screaming Trees, Alice in Chains, Elvis, the Misfits, Beach Boys, and Ray Orbison.

Last known whereabouts:
Charles - UW-Madison graduate, now in Seattle, WA, writing his own material but has yet to record anything.
His new album is tentatively titled "Between a Cock and a Nun's Face" or "Racist Bassist"
Andy - Boston College, studying jazz guitar
Dave - NYU, recording his own material. He was in a band with ruthless business practices: he eventually got kicked out of his own band
